A day that promises to be informative, interesting and fun
Grand Opening with BBC News' Nicholas Owen and the Mayor of Epsom & Ewell. Organised by Ewell Village Residents’ Association in co-operation with SouthWest Trains and others WIN A Family RAIL TICKET AND A £50 ART PRIZE - CLICK HERE Ewell West station is unique in retaining the original 1859 buildings and its spacious car-park is the location for the special activities, displays and events. Free parking at Nescot, Reigate Road, Ewell and free vintage bus rides from the parking to the station throughout the day.
Our Mission !To explore what life was like 150 years ago through to the present and into the future. To present a range of engaging displays, horse-drawn, steam and vintage motor vehicles and a programme of illustrated talks and events. To allow free admission, while giving opportunities for donations to The Mayor's Charities and St John Ambulance.
Activities through the dayFree Vintage bus rides between the station and NESCOT- park at Nescot. Fairground Organ. Ewell St Mary's Morris Men. Veteran Steam Roller. Ride a steam-pulled scale model train. Model rail layouts of Epsom & West Ewell. Bouncy castle etc etc......... and much more to see and do!

Weather forecast: You will be kept mainly dry whatever the weather as we will be putting tents up over many of the displays, events and activities.
Who are we?Local residents, enthusiasts, groups and companies are joining South West Trains and Network Rail to make this a spectacular and entertaining day. These include Bourne Hall Museum, Epsom and Ewell Model Railway Society, Holmsiders Model Engineers, Atkins Rail, Bluebell Railway, British Transport Police, Epsom Coach Group, NESCOT, Ken Eve Guild of Q Butcher, Epsom Male Voice Choir, A Fairground Organ, St John Ambulance, Bytes Technology, Acre Installations and Greenfields Estate Agents.
